Brain Voyage!! More play, More Smart!!

Who want to become smart without, sit in front of desk and read textbooks? If you're this kind of person, This game should be perfect for you! I will give you a preview about BRAIN VOYAGE!!

Brain Voyage takes the brain game genre, but puts the player into situations that have some sort of relevance to the real world. So instead of just playing a game where we spot the differences in pictures, we traveled to India to help correct their train shipments after a computer meltdown.

Each scenario is something along these lines. The player accompanies Dr. Reiner Knizia, an award winning puzzle game designer. He's like the German version of Dr. Kawashima, only he makes Lord of the Rings board games. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to speak, not even in the intro cinematics, which is a shame. If we're going to be traveling the world with him it'd help to connect a little more. Plus, we've been meaning to practice our German (Ich bin ein Kritiker).

So Reiner takes us all over the world, and every city is a new game. In Las Vegas he's designed a new way to play poker, a sort of tic-tac-toe/poker amalgamation. In Greenland we're playing minesweeper in the ice. Players go all over the world, from Cape Town, South Africa, to Moscow, to Beijing. Every minigame is themed for the specific area. For instance, the Alarm minigame in Paris takes place in the Louvre, with famous paintings in the background.

Most of the games are pretty standard puzzle minigames, so it'll be familiar to fans of the genre. The presentation of it is what makes Brain Voyage different.

As players compete in the games they earn coins. The coins are used to buy new cities, and harder levels of the game. The harder games allow players to earn more awards and more coins. This system opens the game up more than other brain games do, since it allows players to get a custom experience. We aren't the biggest fans of math, so were less inclined to buy new levels for the London Bank minigame, and more inclined to go purchase the Syndey Australia city level.

Try this!! More you play, More smart you are!!

Good And Bad News for Wii Gamers!!

The Good News!! The game that all Wii gamers wait was released!! Mario Kart Wii +Wii Wheel!! this is a summary of the review:

Mario Kart Wii is value for money (given the extraordinary amount of stuff on offer in this game) and is most importantly very good fun. Sadly the game looks hideous and is poorly presented and put together. The menu screens and the visuals really make you think “rush job” but when you get into the online game you’ll be hard pushed to find a game on any console as well put together as this game is online.

It is in that sense that Mario Kart Wii has been polished, has been well thought-out and is brilliant. Nintendo really need to get their arse together and start pushing the technology like they did with Super Mario Galaxy. Poor presentation should not be an issue in this generation of gaming, particularly with the other consoles doing it so well, but, thankfully for us (as Wii owners), this game is a living, breathing example of gameplay over graphics. Unfortunately, Mario Kart Wii +Wii Wheel only give you one wii wheel. So, if you want to play with your friend, you should buy one Official Nintendo Wii Wheel!!

The Bad News!! Nintendo will not cut Wii price soon!! Because, the demand of the nintendo Wii still High. Still want to buy Wii?

Great & Rare PS2 Game!! ..Shin Megami Tensei 3..

For Gamesive who still don't have PS3!! "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 FES" Will make your fill your thirsty of good game!! Wanna know?

Lead a group of high school students with a dangerous extracurricular activity: exploring the mysterious tower Tartarus and fighting the sinister Shadows during the Dark Hour, a frozen span of time imperceptible to all but a select few. However, the end of their quest is no longer the end of the story--witness for the first time the aftermath of the final battle and the students' struggle to find meaning in their new lives.

A spin-off of the RPG Persona, Fes (or "Festival of Persona 3") consists of Persona 3's content along with 30 hours of additional gameplay. The new gameplay comes primarily in the form of the "Gojitsudan," a story sequence that comes after the original's ending, with new cinematic sequences in addition to the added gameplay. While the main storyline is the same, it's been tuned up with new events. Gameplay has been updated as well, with a new "hard" setting (the original had just easy and normal), 23 new Personas, a weapon synthesis system and a system for changing your characters' clothes.

Get this rare opportunity have it!! Great game for PS2!

New Best Game !! Only for DS!!!

New Good Game for DS gamesive!! The worlds End With You!! It's created by Square Enix!!

This is a little preview before you play it!!

Before Neku can get his bearings, he finds himself partnered up with a girl named Shiki and battling his way through a mysterious game run by "Reapers." The story is somewhat typical RPG fare but thankfully, the game's battle system helps set it apart.

Dubbed the "Stride Cross Battle System", it employs both halves of the DS screen during battle. You control Neku on the bottom screen while simultaneously controlling a partner character on the top screen. While you're swiping and tapping away at the bottom screen, you must input arrow commands with the D-pad for the top screen. It's a pretty daunting task at first but if you can wrap your head around it, the system adds tremendous depth to the gameplay even if the system isn't perfect-the touch screen can be a bit flaky and in the midst of your stylus-mashing, you will sometimes fire off the wrong attack.

There's also plenty of depth inherent in the rest of the game. In true Square Enix fashion, there are a myriad of things to collect, purchase and level up, from pins to clothing and food items. There's a quirky trend system that dictates your battle stats according to fashion. Clothes and pins are branded with logos and if you're caught wearing the wrong one, your battle stats will take a hit. World's End is also fast, not only in combat but in plot development and game flow.

The briskly moving plot and the unique battle system adds up to yet another winner for Square-Enix. Tetsuya Nomura's trademark character designs work well with the game's urban concept and the quick pace keeps you engaged while the J-Pop music provides a nice backdrop. Though the many of the nods to real-life specifics of Shibuya will be lost on American gamers, the creativity, depth and unusual battle system will shine through no matter what.

Wanna try it!! it's your luck if you have gameboy DS to play "The Worlds End with You"!!

Dunk it!!! NBA: Chosen one!

Chosen One is set to bring the NBA Ballers sense of style to the system, as well as add some new features, including an improved combo system and some great new moves to keep the series up to date. After nearly a two-year absence, Chosen One is finally getting ready to return.

NBA Ballers: Chosen One doesn’t have an actual franchise mode like many basketball games. Instead, Chosen One has a story mode that requires you to create your own player and then take him through a series of episodes in order to obtain NBA glory. Each episode has specific objectives that don’t really fall into standard “five-on-five” basketball territory, with conditions that allow for no ball check and three players each vying for their own success and so on. The episodes are split into six different locations, each with their own “bosses,” NBA superstars like LeBron James and Gilbert Arenas. As you go through and complete missions within the episodes, you’ll earn points that will boost your statistics.

One of the big changes to the controls in Chosen One is the revamped combo system. The game features a button press mini-game (just as God of War) that allows you to take on an opponent and counter their combo. However, if you’re playing against a human opponent, they’ll also be able to react to your counters, but if you can hit the button faster than them, you’ll be able to stop them and steal the ball. Additionally, there are also super moves that you can gain by defeating the NBA Superstars that will allow you to perform some truly awesome looking feats on the court. All in all, the action in the game is very fast and intense.

Graphically, the game is a nice boost over the previous titles in the series. The character models and the animations look smooth. The sound effects are good (with commentary by Chuck D) and dynamic music that shifts depending who’s winning the game.
READY TO DUNK in PS3 or XBOX 360??

New wii equipment!! Wii LCD!

I love playing Wii. If you are same, you should want to play it everywhere, every time! Now Chinavision is making it easier to bring your Wii with you everywhere you go.

They’ve created a Wii 7" LCD that attaches to the side of your Wii and folds down against the top of your console when not in use. They’ve taken care not to cut off ventilation to your console and to include picture controls that allow you to mount the monitor anywhere in your car and adjust the picture. The monitor comes with an AC power adapter and a cigarette lighter plug for you vehicle included for just over $100.

I’m wondering whether or not this included a sensor bar or not, as mounting it on top could be pretty precarious for the Wii’s most delicate component.

interest to Wii 7" LCD?

The BIGGEST DEBUT EVER for an entertainment product..

“The Most Anticipated Game of 2008” Grand Theft Auto IV could also turn into a blockbuster. Quoting several unnamed industry analysts, Variety predicts that the latest installment of the GTA franchise will register sales of $400 million for the first week of availability (release in 29 April 2008).

If their forecast will turn true, Grand Theft Auto IV will gain not only the title of the best debut in videogames industry, but also the title of “the biggest debut ever for an entertainment product”.

Last year, Microsoft has invested $10 million in the launch of Halo 3, the last “chapter” of the trilogy created by Bungie Studios, and their effort paid off as the game grossed $300 million in the first week.

Halo 3 brought Microsoft more than $170 million in the first day of availability, surpassing by far its predecessor (Halo 2, with “only” $125 million).

However, GTA IV has the potential to surpass the record sales of “Halo 3”. Unlike Microsoft’s game, which was available only for Xbox 360, Rockstar’s creation has also a version for Playstation 3. Variety also predicted GTA IV will sell about 6 million units after its launch.

For the first time in the history of the franchise, GTA IV will offer multiplayer capabilities, with up to 15 modes, each of them supporting up to 16 players.

Besides the standard version, GTA IV will be also offered a Special.

Good News for Tom Clancy and Sherlock Holmes Fans who have PC!!

Are you Tom Clancy or Sherlock Holmes fans? If, yes I highly recommended these games!! Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2(PC) and Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis (PC)!!

RAINBOW SIX VEGAS 2

After Release in Xbox 360, now Rainbow Six Vegas 2 give opportunity for PC gamers to act as Tom Clancy in Las Vegas!!

There's a twisted little corner, somewhere in our tarnished souls, that harbours a smouldering and undying bitterness about the fact that Tom Clancy has his name splashed over so many fine games. For a man whose talent is the ability to recite mind-blowingly dull technical information about military equipment with all the narrative skill of a drunken Dan Brown telling bedtime stories to a sedated chimpanzee, having his name on Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six really isn't bad going. After all, when we try going off on ten-minute monologues about attack helicopters, our mates tell us to shut up. Perhaps Tom Clancy doesn't have very many mates.

Still, he can always console himself with the fact that rather a lot of people - Kristan included - really liked the last instalment in the Rainbow Six series, Rainbow Six: Vegas. It was a fantastic return to form after 2005's Rainbow Six: Lockdown, and a fine start on next-gen consoles. It's no surprise that Ubisoft decided that Rainbow Six was going to stay put for a little while after Vegas - with the Ubisoft Montreal team that created the original game now putting the finishing touches on Vegas 2.

SHERLOCK HOLMES: NEMESIS (PC)

Who don't know the famous detectives, Sherlock Holmes? Now You can act as Sherlock Holmes in Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis!!
  • It's the end of the 19th century and an amazing battle of wits and wills is going to take place between two great figures: Sherlock Holmes, armed with his experience, and Arsène Lupin armed with his wits. Will you be up to the challenge?
  • The magnificent city of London with all its most famous monuments (Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, the National Gallery, the Tower of London...), is faithfully created for the scenes of investigation
  • Meet the Queen of England in a private interview
  • Interact with more than 40 characters to further your enquiry
  • Take turns being the famous detective, Sherlock Holmes, and his faithful friend, Doctor Watson
  • Uses the latest graphics technology, along with real-time 3D visuals, to provide total immersion and maximum thrills
  • Use and combine more than 100 objects and discover hundreds of clues and documents to help you bring the investigation to its conclusion

Baroque Debut for PS2 and Wii

Baroque will debut in America as a remake for PS2 and Wii. This rogue like dungeon crawler positions the player as having committed an awful sin at the time of an apocalyptic heat wave; problem is, you've awoken without your memories or a way to speak. You're instructed by the cryptic Archangel to destroy the Meta-Beings crawling inside the creepy Neuro Tower in order to atone.

Weird as it sounds, the story has more depth and mystery to it than that, and for a random-dungeon RPG, Baroque has as much merit as similar games of its type, becoming quickly addictive despite its strict challenge. Of course, you lose all your progress when you die, but there are multiple save slots. You can gain an advantage on your next attempt by throwing items into "consciousness orbs" that send your tools back to the hub town, or by using Cursebringer Angels to fuse items and possibly create better ones, though both the orbs and Angels are hard to find, appearing every several floors.

While the dungeon RPG genre isn't super-popular, Baroque's horror-fantasy styling probably narrows the game's appeal more than the actual game. It's about as good-looking as a PS2 launch game, and features an annoying grain filter laid over the screen, but as long as you have an open mind towards Silent Hill-type imagery and/or crazy hack-and-slash games, Baroque might strike a chord!! Baroque for PS2 and Baroque for Wii, Try it!!

Assassin's Creed (PC) Release!!! See the preview

Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut Edition For PC finally released!! Here I give you a little preview.

When I found the theatrical cut of Ridley Scott's Kingdom of Heaven to be decidedly average, the director's cut was a completely different story, a surprising piece of work that managed to transform a flat film into one of my favorites.

So it is fitting that a game likely influenced by Scott's movie was also similarly improved by its own director's cut. I still can't claim to be a frothing fan of Assassin's Creed--Jade Raymond, bless her, is a far cry from Ridley Scott--but there is no doubt that, provided your machine can run it smoothly, Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut Edition (PC) reigns supreme over its console forebears.

And yet, the game is essentially the same in ported form. You still play as Altair, the angsty third-person assassin taking orders from a secret society of trained killers. You are still faced with carrying out nine murders, moving from town to medieval town, leaping across rooftops and dispatching various enemies that stand in your way. You still must sit through long, belabored cutscenes between each chapter of the overwrought story. It's still not quite as fun as it should be.

And while I wasn't wild about the console versions of Ubisoft Montreal's Assassin's Creed, to my surprise, the few additions made to the PC version partially alleviate my main complaint with the original: the dreadfully repetitive investigation sequences.

Law and Order: Jerusalem
A major annoyance in the console version, players must perform tiresome investigations before being allowed to destroy their primary targets. Consisting of exciting activities, such as sitting on park benches and following old men down alleyways, these tasks were typically a drag, like being made to watch an episode of Murder She Wrote before playing Grand Theft Auto. The rest of the game didn't justify the amount of boredom thrust upon the player.
Minimum system requirements:

  • Processor: Dual core processor 2.6 GHz Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ or better recommended)
  • RAM: 1 GB Windows XP / 2 GB Windows Vista
  • Video Card: 256 MB DirectX 10.0-compliant video card or DirectX 9.0-compliant card with Shader Model 3.0 or higher (see supported list)* Sound Card: DirectX 9.0 or 10.0-compliant sound card (5.1 sound card recommended)
  • DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0 or10.0 libraries (included on disc)
  • DVD-ROM: DVD-ROM dual-layer drive
  • Hard Drive Space: 8 GB
  • Peripherals Supported: Keyboard, mouse, optional controller (Xbox 360 Controller for Windows recommended)
  • Supported Video Cards at Time of Release:
    • ATI RADEON X1600*/1650*-1950/HD 2000/3000 series
    • NVIDIA GeForce 6800*/7/8/9 series
Interest? Of course, this is one of the best game ever made!!! For whom doesn't have PS3 or Xbox 360 this is your great chance !! Try Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut Edition!!

Preview PS3 Dualshock 3, before buy!!

  • The good: Wireless PS3 controller with rumble support; little heavier than the super-light Sixaxis Controller; rumble function added to many existing games via downloadable patches.
  • The bad: a little bit expensive; don't have USB cable for recharging; rechargeable battery isn't removable.
  • Overall: While it costs a bit more than it should, the PS3 Dualshock 3 adds the rumble support that should've been present in the PS3 from the beginning.
The Gadget: The Dualshock 3, PlayStation 3's now de facto controller with both rumble and motion-sensing. It replaces the previous Sixaxis Controller without rumble, which is now discontinued.

The Price: $ 54,99

The Dualshock 3 is also heavier than the Sixaxis—still slightly lighter than an Xbox 360 controller—but definitely heavier. It feels right, not like the feeling you got from the Sixaxisthat someone hollowed out your controller while you weren't looking.

It might not be worth your $54 if you already own a Sixaxis and don't need another controller, but if you're a big gamer that really loves the PS3 (and is waiting for Metal Gear Solid 4), it's a good idea to invest in Dualshock 3!!
